Grid Siege privacy policy

Effective October 13, 2026. Grid Siege by ZEN (com.zeninteractive.gridsiege) is provided by Zen Energy Co LLC / ZEN Interactive for players aged 13 and older.

Offline game and local progress

The Android game does not collect or transmit personal data or gameplay telemetry to ZEN. It has no account, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, advertising identifier access, in-app purchases, or Android network permission. It does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or personal files.

Mission progress, Stars, Operator XP, achievements, decisions, your checkpoint, settings, and the splash-seen preference are stored on your device. They are used to continue your game and remember your preferences. They are not sent to ZEN or shared with advertisers. Android backup is disabled for the game. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it deletes these local records. ZEN cannot recover a deleted local save.

Optional ZEN promotion

The optional CHECK MY BUSINESS RATE button promotes ZEN's business energy service. It opens a separate website in your browser only when you choose it. It is not required to play, and no game results, progress, or identifiers are attached to that link. The website's forms, cookies and other data practices are governed by ZEN's website privacy policy at https://www.getzenenergyco.com/privacy. Business inquiries are intended for adults acting for their business. Do not submit personal or customer documents through the game.

Support and privacy requests

Contact support@getzenenergyco.com for game support or privacy questions. If you email us, the information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address, message and optional diagnostic details, is used to respond and resolve your request. Please do not include passwords, payment details, customer energy documents or other sensitive information. You may request deletion of support correspondence; applicable legal retention obligations may limit deletion. Local game records can be removed through Android's app storage controls.

Platform and website services

Google Play, Android and your device provider may process download, security, diagnostic or account information under their own privacy settings and policies. These are separate from the game's local records. This privacy/support website is hosted on Vercel; normal web requests expose technical information such as IP address and browser information to the hosting service for delivery and security. We have added no analytics scripts, advertising cookies or contact forms to this privacy/support site.

Young players and policy changes

The game is intended for ages 13 and up and is not directed to children under 13. It contains no chat or public user profiles. If you believe a child has sent personal information to our support address, contact us to request deletion. Material changes to these practices will be reflected in an updated policy and, where appropriate, the app listing or game. The effective date above identifies this version.
